I spent last weekend totally and happily immersed in the MGM Resorts International and Park MGM food culture as part of #DawsonEatsTravels. One of my first stops was the incredibly eclectic Best Friend Las Vegas where Chef Roy Choi serves up some of the best comfort food Vegas has to offer.
Choi, who is now my best friend in my head, is known around the world for his Korean-American taco truck #Kogi, so of COURSE I ordered the Kogi Short Rib tacos. And of COURSE they were amazing.
