“New Year, New Me” sounds great. Like a plan, even. But you know what sounds just as good, and looks good too? “New Year, New TV!” Thankfully over the past few years television executives have used January to reset their schedules, giving shows that debuted in the fall a chance to rest while rolling out series that had been waiting in the wings. And then there’s premium cable, where so many series are waiting in queue, ready to make their return as the new year begins.
